My Trip to the Hospital

Here are my pictures of mrsa and the treatment that followed

After a five day fishing trip I went to the hospital and found out I had contracted MRSA.

Little did I know the fun was just beginning!

Surgery was my next stop

The first surgery left me with a pretty good hole in my hand. But it got reinfected the next day, I wasn't feeling to good and they were talking about me possibly losing my hand! At that time I started to realize just how serious a MRSA infection can be. Off to surgery again.

This time the hole was a little bigger but all the infection was cut out

Now the healing began to take it's course.
